1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store www.vfacebeauty.com in their version valid at the time of order.

A consumer is any natural person who makes a purchase for personal use and not for commercial or professional purposes.

2. Contract Formation & Order Process

By placing an order through our online store, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The purchase agreement becomes effective once we confirm your order by email (order confirmation).

Order Process:

  1. Select the desired product

  2. Add the product to your shopping cart

  3. Review your shopping cart

  4. Proceed to checkout

  5. Enter billing and shipping details

  6. Review and confirm your order

  7. Submit your order by clicking the “Buy Now” button

Before submitting the order, you can review and correct your details at any time.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices listed on our website are final prices in USD (or the selected currency) and include applicable taxes where required.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Other payment options as displayed during checkout

Full payment is due at the time of order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped immediately after.

Estimated delivery time: 4–8 business days, depending on the destination. Delays may occur due to customs or unforeseen circumstances in international shipping.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the provided shipping address.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return your order within 14 days, provided that the product is unopened and unused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of shipment.

For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted if V-Face products have been opened or used. Returns are also excluded in cases of misuse, mishandling, or use with the wrong power adapter.

6. 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your 14-day return right, we offer a 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

  • Unused Products: Full refund if returned unopened and in original packaging within 100 days.

  • Used Products: Refunds may be granted if the product was used regularly for at least 30 days and no visible results were achieved. Proof in the form of photos or videos is required.

This guarantee does not apply to products purchased as part of bundle deals, or in cases of damage or misuse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, you may return the product according to our Returns & Refund Policy above.
