How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
If your product is in stock at our German warehouse, delivery time in Germany and Europe is usually 3–5 business days.
If it is not available there, we will ship it free of charge from our international warehouse, with a maximum delivery time of 10 working days.

What is your return and refund policy?
You have 14 days to cancel your order if the product is unopened and unused. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and items must be sent back in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the device has been opened or used. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the product or proof of return.
