Shipping policy

Important Delivery Note

Most orders arrive well within the estimated delivery time. Depending on your location and the efficiency of the local carrier, delivery may take up to 12 business days. Delivery times are always counted from the shipping date, not the payment date

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours including your personal tracking number. This allows you to follow your delivery safely and reliably at any time.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order until it has been processed and handed over to our logistics partners. After this point, cancellations are no longer possible.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the package is returned to us in its original condition — unopened, unused, and factory-sealed, we will issue a refund for the product price. Packages that are opened, used, or not in their original sealed condition are not eligible for a refund.
