Refund policy
1. Right of Return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days, provided that the product is unopened and unused. The 14-day period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the product.
To exercise your right of return, please contact us at support@vfacebeauty.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order. An email is sufficient. It is enough to send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires and to return the product within the required timeframe. After you contact us, our support team will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging, sealed and unused. Customers are responsible for arranging insured return shipping at their own cost.
1.2 Refunds
If you return your order, we will refund all payments received within 14 days of your cancellation request. Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method you selected for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
1.3 Exclusions
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted if V-Face products have been opened or used. Returns are also excluded if the products have been misused, mishandled, or used with an incorrect power adapter.
1.4 Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the product within the legal 14-day period if it is unopened and unused. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products must always be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

2.1 Scope
Every purchase made on support@vfacebeauty.com is automatically covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not restrict them in any way.
2.2 Conditions
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. The following conditions apply:
If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you are entitled to a full refund once the product has been returned within the 30-day period.
If you have used the product, you may still qualify for a refund if you can demonstrate that it was used regularly for at least 30 days. In this case, you must provide photos or videos that show no visible improvement. Refunds may be granted if this evidence is credible. Without such proof of use, no refund can be issued.
2.3 Exclusions
The 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply if the product has been damaged or misused, if no sufficient proof of regular use is provided, or if the product was purchased as part of a discount or bundle offer.
2.4 Returns & Refunds
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Products must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the product.
