All prices displayed in our online shop are final prices in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes where required by law.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. Standard delivery time is typically 6–10 business days within the U.S., unless otherwise specified. Delivery times may be longer due to external factors such as high demand, shipping provider delays, or unforeseeable events. Tracking information is provided within 48 hours of shipment, and packages can be tracked directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Customers in the United States may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
